This audio podcast is comprised of interviews and solo shows focused on providing ideas and resources for K-12 teachers and school-based administrators. It is updated twice a week. Dr. Steven Miletto has been an educator in Georgia for 34 years. He has served public school families as a history teacher, assistant principal, and high school principal. In 2009, he was the Georgia Principal of the Year and a finalist for NASSP/MetLife National Principal of the Year in 2010. Currently, he is the executive director of a regional educational service agency (RESA) in Georgia (US).

Steven Miletto

Dr. Steven Miletto has been an educator in Georgia for 36 years. Steve has always focused on helping kids achieve their dreams. He has served public school families as a history teacher, assistant principal, and high school principal. In 2009, he was the Georgia Principal of the Year and a finalist for NASSP/MetLife National Principal of the Year in 2010. In 1989 he was the Teacher of the Year at SouthWest Dekalb High School. Currently, he is the executive director of a regional educational service agency (RESA) in Georgia (US).

Steve is an avid content creator. He enjoys podcasting, expanding his YouTube channel, and doing voice overs.

In addition Steve loves trumpeters from the past like Harry James, Louis Prima, Al Hirt, Herb Alpert, and many others. He is stuck on 80's music and even enjoys some modern country.

His favorite leadership authors are Seth Godin, John Maxwell, and Simon Sinek. His favorite instructional writers are Barbara R. Blackburn, Suzy Pepper Rollins, Rick Wormeli, and John Hattie.

In addition, he loves a good fiction book now and then especially from the Star Trek and Stars Wars universes as well as a Lee Child Jack Reacher novel or a Preston & Child thriller.

Without a doubt his favorite way to spend the day is with his family.
