How Leaders Can Best Support Teachers - REP009

In this episode, AJ discusses ways that leaders can better support their teachers.

This year is HARD on everyone; teachers, support staff, school leaders, and district leaders. As a new Vice Principal I am trying to make this year as easy as possible for our staff. 3. Guide teachers with the right resources and give them freedom

4. Offer Encouragement and Celebrate Successes
