Your kids don’t need the worst of you and you don’t need to drag your potential and effectiveness below empty
Family is forever
Prioritize the moments when you might it appropriate to step off the job and only commit to those few times
It’s a sign of integrity to have your priorities in order as long as you don’t abuse the opportunities
