Teachers are not ok right now

Friends, for many of us in education, our job has not only changed and continues to change on a daily basis but it has in fact doubled. The job has broadened and developed into one that is so multi-faceted and multi-layered that it is truly unsustainable. As we move into our much needed winter break, we honor that educators everywhere are not ok.

They are exhausted.

We see you. We feel for you. We are here for you.

Listen in to this week’s episode of The Mindful Educators Podcast to hear:

  • the implications of teacher burnout that is on the horizon
  • how burnout is impacting teachers of all generations
  • our ideas of how we can come to grips with the unsustainability of it all

Hopefully this episode felt supportive. We would love to hear how you are doing right now.
