@MikeSzczepanik on Twitter writes, "I was recently inspired by Matt's Sticky Notes post (mentioned in this podcast) and used it for another idea: Student card sorting. I have attached a little "Engage" activity I am doing with my Biology classes Cell Unit. The students sort some cards into two piles representing "Has cells" or "Does not have cells"
I have attached both the student assignment and the directions that go with it. Thanks for the inspiration!"
Sharon Taylor, New Zealand -- Google Slide decks a lot following our discussions. Two problems: FIRST, track who has done what (deleted each other’s work), Slides doesn’t seem to be color coded as well as Google Docs. Need something more accurate. SECOND, when everyone is on the slide deck, there are lots of glitches. Could be our wifi.
